Are there places to stay?

What is the dining situation?
We offer concession dining at the marina store, including: nachos, frito chili pie, and hot dogs. Additionally the store has items like chips, candy, snacks, drinks, ice, beer, ice cream, and shaved ice. Some items are available seasonally only or based on availability.
Anchor Pointe Resort has a café that is open to the public and offers menu items like cheeseburgers, barbecue, baked potatoes, baked beans, and weekly specials. Check their Facebook for more information about menu and specials.
-
Where do we park?
If you are visiting by land, there are several boat ramps available for use. The most commonly used boat ramp is right in front of the marina. If the lake is low, we have a parking lot available. If the lake is high or you visit on a busy weekend, parking is available in the grass next to the lake.
If you are visiting by water, you can park on the shore or contact us for day-use rental slips. We usually have open uncovered slips near the walkway for short-term parking. Please be courteous and do not park in covered boat slips around the docks as these are rented slips for boat owners and day-use visitors. If you are unsure on where to park, just ask - we are happy to point you in the right direction!
-
Is there phone service?
One of the best things about our marina is you have the opportunity to disconnect, soak up the sun, and really connect with nature. Please prepare by looking up directions ahead of time as service is very limited in this area. We do offer free wi-fi in the marina store if you need to make a call, check an e-mail, or tag us in your family photos on Facebook or Instagram.

What is the cancellation policy for rental equipment?
We require a deposit for all rental boats on a major credit card, which is applied to the cost of the rental equipment. Deposits are non-refundable. We understand that plans change however we will not refund a deposit on same day cancellations or reschedules. We offer the option to reschedule with a 5 day notice prior to your rental date. No exceptions due to weather or early returns.
